The Treasure Hunt Begins on Saturday, November 15 2025!
It's time for the annual Rochester treasure hunt! When dawn breaks on Saturday morning there will be a small chest of our hand-cast pewter coins hidden somewhere in Mendon Ponds Park. The clue is below and the first to find it keeps the chest!
It will be away from any established trail but not buried or heavily concealed. It will not be dangerous to retrieve. Be safe and have fun!
Check back on this page to see if it has been found!
Your Clue:
If the Office Blues have you down,
take a walk up the hill and the chest might be found.
If you come across wreckage you're certainly near.
It's the legacy of farmers that used to live here.
